To log into the Portal, enter your email address and the password you used to register. Each time you log in a unique verification code will be emailed to you. This is valid for 20 minutes and can only be used once. The code should arrive shortly, but make sure you check your spam/junk folders as it could be in there. You can request another verification code using the request a new code link on the login page. By requesting a new code, the first code sent to you will no longer be valid. Make sure you enter the correct 8 digits as you may still receive the first verification code.

Once you have logged in you will be able to recover any forms you have saved and view any submitted forms. Should you wish to update your account details, navigate to the top right of the screen and select Update Account.
