An assessor will screen and prioritise your application. The assessor will then contact you.
The waiting time for the relevant person to be assessed can vary. In the meantime, you should continue to act in that person's best interests and involve the person and relevant people, including:
If there are any changes in circumstances, e.g. the person moves, the situation improves or deteriorates, please email with an update or contact the DOLS team on 01273 336 022 as soon as you are able to so the original referral is re-prioritised.
